This paste is prepared by using titanium oxide, which is prepared by filtering, recovering, cleaning and filtering titanium oxide precipitated by hydrolyzing a titanium sulfate liquid dissolved in sulfuric acid by blowing steam, mixing the filtrated oxide into an organic acid and a urea alcohol liquid, adding titanium tetrachloride liquid or a sulfate liquid to form a dissolved titanium liquid, adding hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, ammonia, alcohol or alcoholate and triethanol amine to neutralize to precipitate fine particle, filtering and mixing with wax, petroleum jell, parapin, stearic acid, hardened oil, haze oil, sebatic acid, castor oil and kneading. The paste is sued as a protective wax for car body or a frost protecting and snow protecting agent, utilized as a sun protection cosmetic cream by being mixed with a fatty acid paste and as the coolant by adding a freezing mixture in the titanate alcohol liquid.
