Abstract:
To provide a titanium alloy plate having excellent strength, moldability and economical efficiency and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A titanium alloy plate has a chemical composition consisting of in mass%, Cu: 0.70% or less, Cr: 0.03-0.30%, Si: 0.03-0.15%, Fe: 0.06% or less, O: 0.15% or less, N: 0.15% or less, C: 0.05% or less, H: 0.013% or less, with the balance being: Ti and impurities, satisfying [Cu+1.2Cr+3.4Si+5O≥0.80]. In the metallographic structure, the average grain size d is 0.020-0.150 mm, and the relationship between a plate thickness t (mm) and the average grain size d (mm) satisfies [t/d≥3.0].SELECTED DRAWING: None
