Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium-aluminum alloy in which the ductility (elongation) at room temperature is improved by mainly considering duplex texture (layer) and soft layer as well as laminated structure of those layers.SOLUTION: Provided is a titanium-aluminum alloy obtained by laminating powders of titanium and aluminum or a titanium-aluminum alloy, and in which the titanium-aluminum alloy is composed of a hard layer and a soft layer, and the hard layer and the soft layer have an alternately laminated structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
