Abstract:

To provide a titanium composite oxide having perovskite crystal structure and exhibiting excellent electric conductivity and thermoelectric conversion properties, and to provide a production method therefor.

The titanium composite oxide is principally composed of a titanium composite oxide represented by ATi1-xMoxO3 (where, A: Ba, Sr; 0.02<x<1), and has the perovskite crystal structure belonging to the cubic system. The production method therefor is also provided.
