Abstract:

To provide a titanium oxide structure capable of suitably using to form a semiconductor layer of a photoelectric conversion device and a method for producing the same, and to provide the photooelectric conversion device having high photoelectric conversion efficiency.

The method for producing the titanium oxide structure includes steps of: producing a titanium oxide nanowire on a titanium substrate; immersing the titanium oxide nanowire in a solution prepared by dissolving titanium oxysulfate and urea and forming titanium oxide fine particles 3b on a surface of the titanium oxide nanowire 3a; and recovering the titanium oxide nanowire on which the titanium oxide fine particles are formed and drying it.
