PURPOSE: To provide a titanium plate excellent in antidazzle characteristics and method for manufacturing the same.

CONSTITUTION: Surface roughness Ra is ≤0.1μm and depressions on the surface of ≥0.1μm depth is 5-50% by area rate on the surface of the titanium plate. Rough rolling at the draft of 15-30% is executed by using the rolls whose surface roughness Ra is 0.20-1.20μm, successively intermediate rolling at the draft of 5-15% is executed by using the rolls whose surface roughness Ra is 0.10-0.20μm and successively finish rolling at the draft of 1-10% is executed by using the rolls whose surface roughness Ra is 0.01-0.10μm.
