Abstract:
To provide a titanium plate capable of reducing a dynamic friction coefficient between a die and the titanium plate when press-molded, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The titanium plate includes an oxide film having a thickness of 0.10 μm or more and consisting of a rutile type TiO2 on a surface. The surface properties of the oxide film satisfy that an arithmetic average roughness Ra of a roughness curve obtained by applying the cutoff values of λs=2.5 μm and λc=0.08 mm is 0.20-7.0 μm, a difference (RZJIS-Rc) between the ten-point average roughness RZJIS of the roughness curve and the average height Rc of outline curve elements is 0.5 μm or more, and a root mean square inclination RΔq measured on the conditions of λs=0 μm and λc=0 mm in a region satisfying 0.8 or more times of the maximum mountain height Rp of the roughness curve is 20° or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
