A

PURPOSE: A liquid diene polymer composition having excellent workability and properties and a greatly widened range of filling, comprising an active hydrogen group-containing diene polymer of a specified MW range, a filler and an organic polyisocyanate compound.

CONSTITUTION: The titled composition is prepared from (i) a 4W12C active hydrogen group-containing liquid diene polymer, diene copolymer or copolymer of this diene monomer with an addition-polymerizable 2W22C α-olefin monomer, number-average MW of 300W2,000, preferably 500W1,800, (ii) a filler (e.g., an inorganic filler such as precipitated calcium carbonate, or an organic filler such as resin powder), and (iii) an organic polyisocyanate. The mixing ratio is usually such that 5W500pts.wt., preferably 10W300pts.wt., filler is present per 100pts.wt. liquid diene polymer. Thus, relatively high filling is possible.
