Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material enhanced in isotropy and excellent in strength, rigidity and impact resistance by laminating sheets being a three- axis two-dimensional oriented materials and bundling them by a bundling fiber. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 1 is constituted by weaving reinforcing fiber groups arranged in three axial direction and a necessary number of the sheets 1 are laminated so as to position the meshes thereof and the mesh parts are formed as through-holes. Bundling fibers 2a are inserted in the through-holes to bundle and interlock the laminated sheets 1. The meshes formed by three-axis direction reinforcing fibers form a regular hexagonal shape and two bundling fibers 2a are inserted in the through-hole of this hexagonal cross section.
