PURPOSE: To improve user's learning effect for office environment management by storing history information at the time of executing simulation, also displaying the lowering of comfortableness or the like from its target value by comparing environment information with the target value and analyzing action after simulation basing upon the stored history information to point out more desirable action (selection) in respect to an office environment simu lator for simulating the environment of an office.

CONSTITUTION: The office environment simulator is provided with a state display part 1, a will determination selecting menu 2, an evaluation function computing part 3, a history information storing part 4, and a comparing part 5 for comparing a target value with an evaluation function and constituted so that when the lowering of the evaluation function from the target value is found as the result of comparison by the comparing part 5, its result is reported to the display part 1 and the lowering from the target value (e.g. the lowering of a comfortableness index from its target value) is repeatedly displayed together with a current state of the office to simulate the office environment and store the history information.
