Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a laminated form, constituted of a core member having a honeycomb structure and a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin plate well connected to the core member under a low pressure, and the manufacturing method of the same.

CONSTITUTION: A laminated form is constituted of at least one sheet of laminates 1, 2 constituted by laminating fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheets, containing reinforcing fibers at 30-85% in volume content, so as to make layers, and a core member 3, having honeycomb structure and provided with fibrous or porous parts exposed to the outer surfaces while bonded to the laminates 1, 2 by pressure.
