PURPOSE: To reduce an installation space of a polisher and simultaneously carry out the polishing operation of microspherical foods by several pieces at a time by dropping the microspherical foods carried to an elevated spot with a barred conveyor onto a specific polishing means.

CONSTITUTION: This polisher for microspherical foods is capable of carrying the microspherical foods (minitomatoes, etc.) 7 to an elevated spot with a barred conveyor 13, dropping the foods onto a polishing means 15 equipped with plural polishing brushes 27 on the lower side arranged in the form of stages in the horizontal direction at right angles from the feeding direction of microspherical foods and plural polishing brushes 29 on the upper side parallel to the brushes 27 on the lower side, rotating the respective upper and lower brushes so as to advance the microspherical foods between the upper and lower brushes.
