PURPOSE: To realize secure connection so as to prevent positional displacement in the lateral direction by pressing a press-contacting blade against an electric wire between a pair of bending correction arms in a straight holding state, cutting to secure a predetermined projecting margin, and press-contacting it against a press-contacting terminal for the purpose of securing the projecting margin of the electric wire with respect to a press-contacting portion.

CONSTITUTION: A connector 4 is mounted on a set table 9, to be thus interposed between the same and a rear projection 25 formed on a shearing member 8 fixed to the table 9. An electric wire inserting opening 26 is formed in the projection 25 in such a manner as to face the tip 15a of a correction arm 15. An electric wire shearing blade 11 in contact at a right angle with an electric wire cutting blade 10 of a press-contacting blade 7 at the lower end of the opening 26. The tip 2a of an electric wire 2 is inserted into the opening 26 by a holding hand 13. The opening 26 is inserted toward the front end of the shearing member 8 in a tapered manner, for allowing a cutting piece of the electric wire 2 to fall slidably. The blade 11 cuts the electric wire 2 with a projecting margin L remaining from a press-contacting portion 23, and at the same time, it is connected to the press-contacting portion 23 under pressure while being pressed by the press-contacting blade 7. A guide plate 19 is slidably engaged with an engaging groove 20, thus further securing press-contacting positional accuracy between the electric wire 2 and the blade 7.
