PURPOSE: To provide a home medical data controlling apparatus in which an apparatus for measuring vital information of a patient at home and a data processing apparatus of a medical institute are connected through a telephone line, wherein an operation for register is simplified by enabling a plurality of data measured by a plurality of detecting means to be simultaneously registered.

CONSTITUTION: There are provided on the home side 1: a vital sensor 3 for measuring vital information such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and the like; a home adapter 5 for converting the measured data to a signal for a telephone line in order to transmit the data to a medical institute 2 through a telephone line 4; and a TV phone 6. In case of measuring on the home side 1, for example, the measurement is started by turning on a blood pressure switch, the measurement end is notified by a buzzer or a display, and the process is advanced to the next measurement by turning on a temperature switch, a weight switch, or the like. When a register switch is turned on before a clock of an auto-off timer counts three minutes, all of the measurement data measured until then are stored into an IC card together with time data.
