PURPOSE: To improve response property and economic property by providing a variable resistance body in the path of communicating pipe to make a bypass circuit unnecessary.
CONSTITUTION: A stop valve 40 is provided on the way of a communicating pipe circuit connected to a condensing pipe 30 and the control thereof is effected by a temperature controller TIC10. A control information is obtained from a fluid temperature at the outlet 7 of low-temperature fluid and the stop valve 40 is intercepted for the period of time in which the temperature exceeds a set value. Heat medium, evaporated at the side of high-temperature fluid, is delivered to the group 30 of condensing pipes through a vapor communicating pipe 11 and is condensed in the group 30. The condensing temperature upon this condensation becomes the saturation temperature in a vapor pressure lower than the side of evaporation. Heat, generated by the condensation, is delivered to the low-temperature fluid through the heat medium at the side of low temperature and increases the temperature of fluid at the outlet 7 of the low-temperature fluid. Accordingly, the pressure loss ΔP of the communicating pipe or a temperature drop ΔT can be increased by closing the stop valve 40 provided as the resistance in the communicating pipe circuit, therefore, the temperature of the high-temperature side heat medium may be increased and the temperature of the low-temperature side heat medium may be reduced.
