PURPOSE: To produce a laminate such as a door trim by integrating a skin material and an ornament with a base material without forming the skin material into a sheet shape and contaminating the surfaces of the skin material and the ornament.
CONSTITUTION: A base material 11 is set to a lower mold 20 and an ornament 13 is set to an upper mold 21 and both molds 20, 21 are set to a superposed state. In this state, a molten resin 12 melt becoming a skin material 12 is supplied to the gap between the surface of the base material 11 and the rear surface of the ornament 13 to be solidified and molded and, at the same time, the base material 11, the skin material 12 and the ornament 13 are integrated. A projection part 21a1 is formed to the upper mold 21 to prevent the molten resin 12 melt supplied to the surface of the base material 11 of the part where no ornament 13 is provided from flowing to the surface of the ornament 13.
