PURPOSE: To automatically correct and control the shape of a raw material molded object by a method wherein the shape of the molded object is discriminated to perforate the molded object at the required position corresponding to the discriminated shape and water is sucked and drained from the interior of the molded object according to the moving pattern corresponding to the shape and the mold conforming to the outer surface of a mold is selected to push a movable press plate from the inner surface of the mold.
CONSTITUTION: It is discriminated whether raw material molded objects 10, 50 have a square or triangular shape by a CCD camera 106 and the molded objects are moved by a conveyor 104 to be perforated corresponding to a mold by perforation machines 110, 112. The water in the molded objects is discharged by a drain robot 114. Subsequently, the molded objects are sent to a stage 122 to be discriminated in tank shape and primary mold correction is performed on stages 122, 124. Next, burr is removed by a burr removing device 130 and the interiors of the molded objects are wipen by a sponge device 132 and the molded objects are pressed to a correcting mold to be subjected to secondary correction. By this constitution, the mold of the raw material molded objects is determined and the removal of burr and the wiping of water can be automatically performed.
