Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the morphological stability an ink discharge opening by a method wherein concentration of shrinking stress of a photosensitive resin hardening film can be excluded and consequently adhesion force of a substrate and a cover to photosensitive resin is increased to prevent an ink passage wall from peeling off.

CONSTITUTION: In an ink jet recording head composed by laminating a substrate, a photosensitive resin hardening film which forms an ink passage on the substrate surface, and a cover for the passage, a wall thickness of the photosensitive resin hardening film which forms a wall surface of the ink passage is made at most 15 times a film thickness of the photosensitive resin hardening film.
