Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the assembly by inserting a spacer to keep the prescribed interval between vehicle suspension members in a connection shaft, and engaging each end part of the shaft with each end part of the spacer using a flexible engagement member. CONSTITUTION: A flexible bush 38 having an expanded part 22 is inserted in a hexagonal headed part 16 of a connection shaft through a washer 24. A rigid spacer having a center cylindrical part 36 of appropriate length is inserted in the shaft with flexible bushes 38, 18 provided at each end. The bush 38 is inserted in other part of the shaft and tightened by a nut 56. A rigid spaced buffer connection part can be easily assembled and provided on a vehicle suspension member.
