Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily grasp a working condition or to register scheduled work time by off-line by using a portable electronic equipment to store the scheduled work time and the start and end of office hours and to calculate the excess and lack of the work time. CONSTITUTION:Each worker inserts and connects an IC card 1, which is posessed by each worker, to a proposal / collation terminal equipment 5 and registers the scheduled work time for flex time for each worker. Afterwards, the card 1 is inserted and recorded to start / end of work terminal equipment 3 for each start / end of office hours. Then, the card is sent from the equipment 3 to a center file 7 and totally managed in a center. Accordingly, since the excess and lack of the work time to be the difference between the working condition of the worker itself, namely, the scheduled work time and the start / end of office hours are calculated and printed or display-putputted only by inserting and connecting the card 1 to the equipment 5 for the worker, the working condition can be known without necessity to conventionally access the center file 7.
