Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the entire configuration in a convergence correction device for, e.g. a large sized wide deflection angle color cathode ray tube.
CONSTITUTION: Coils L1-L4 are arranged to magnetic circuits 20, 21, a parabolic correction current flows to the coils L1-L4 connected in a bridge and balance of the bridge is adjusted by varying a bias point of the magnetic circuits 20, 21. Thus, the convergence correction coil is driven by the correction current.
