PURPOSE: To make it possible to simplify on-site construction work for reinforcements by installing an opening section which elastically clamps reinforcements to a hollow holding section which is mounted to one end of a spacer body which sets a covering thickness of the reinforcements.

CONSTITUTION: This clearance holder comprises a spacer body 1, which sets a covering thickness of reinforcements A, a clamp body 2, which is formed separated from the spacer body 1 and designed to clamp the reinforcements A elastically. Then, the spacer body 1 is formed substantially in the shape of a column and a blind hole 11, which opens to one end of the spacer body 1 in its longitudinal direction, is formed in an axial center of the spacer body 1 while the longitudinal other side of the spacer body 1 is formed in the shape of a spherical surface 12. Then, the clamp body 2 is made of a metallic spring material and formed in the shape of 'C' in its cross section where there are installed a hollow holding section 21 which allows the reinforcements A to be placed in and an opening section 22 which allows the reinforcements A to be placed into the hollow holding section 21. At the same time, the central part of the bottom of the hollow holding section 21 in the clamp body 2 is partially cut and raised, thereby forming a pair of support pieces 23 in once piece. The support pieces are further fixed with a filling material in the blind hole 11.
