Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable safe and long-period cleaning of a filter by preparing an oil solution tank to wash an air filter in a manner that two layers comprising an upper oil-base layer and lower water-base layer are formed therein. CONSTITUTION:In the oil solution tank 5 to wash an air filter 1, two layers are formed comprising an upper oil-base layer 6 (e.g. water/oil emulsion) and a lower water-base layer 7 (e.g. oil/water emulsion). For example, a stock solution is formulated by adding a nonionic surfactant having 6 average HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) by 5wt.% to naphthene 100 neutral oil, and then this stock solution is diluted by 10 times with water to obtain the oil solution for air filter (water/oil-oil/water two-layer emulsion). This oil solution for air filter has high dust collecting property, oil film removing property and dust sedimentating property and is fire-retardant, so that it can safely maintain the cleaning effect for filters for a long time.
