PURPOSE: To obtain a heat storage sheet material having excellent heat insulation, heat storage properties, small weight per unit area, small bulkiness and excellent drape by coating a sheet material formed of a material containing polyester with ceramic powder made of titania/silicon carbide.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet material formed of a material containing polyester, such as woven and knitted fabric of sole polyester, mixture of polyester fiber and cellulose fiber, polyamide fiber or protein fiber is coated with ceramic powder of titania/silicon carbide. The powder formed of the titania/silicon carbide preferably contains Ti02 and SiC at a ratio of 1:1, and mixture of the powder with adhesive resin is coated. This heat storage sheet 11 is preferably opened with holes each of 0.5mm or less at an interval of 5mm over an entire surface.
