Abstract:

PURPOSE:To automatize the arrangement job of paper money by counting the number of the paper money in the set order of denominations by a number counting means corresponding to the order of the denominations by a setting means and sealing the paper money by every prescribed number. CONSTITUTION:A withdrawal inspection part 16 discriminates the denomination and authenticity, counts the number and outputs discrimination signals and a sealing unit 3 sealing-processes loose paper money to the bundle of a fixed number for the respective denominations. When a sealing processing is instructed from an operation part, housed paper money is payed out one by one from housing boxes 15a-15d for housing the paper money of the denominations set for sealing and is carried to the withdrawal inspection part 16. The paper money discriminated as abnormal notes or false notes by the withdrawal inspection part 16 is integrated in a withdrawal rejection part 17. Also, the paper money discriminated as the denomination set for the sealing is integrated in a tentative sealing box 20. Then, when the number of the integrated paper money becomes 100, it is dropped from the tentative sealing box 20 to a sealing part 21, a tape is put around and the sealing processing is performed. When the number of the paper money is less than 100, it is integrated a housed in a fraction housing box 23.
