Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the reproducibility and appearance of an original image in excellent conditions.
CONSTITUTION: Image sensors 1 to 4 composed of photosensor arrays P on which n photosensors PO are linearly arranged in a line are arranged side by side. At this time, each photosensor array P is arranged with a gradient to the width direction of an original so that nth photosensor PO to be a main scanning termination end may be shifted in the reverse direction of a subscanning direction for a first photosensor PO to be a main scanning start end.
