PURPOSE: To enable high-sensitive analysis of a minute amount of a material in a cell, by a method wherein a crystal, partially concentrated in a cell, an oil drop and the like are collected under a microscope using a capillary tube, and the collected material is separated and vibrated or quantitatively measured by a high-speed liquid chromatography.
CONSTITUTION: A material, partially concentrated in a cell, or an oil drop or a crystalized material is collected under a microscope using a capillary tube. The collected crystal or an oil drop is sucked and collecteed from the forward end of the capillary tube to a glass microtrap (shown in a drawing) by the use of a small-sized suction pump. A sample is dissolved by implanting a solvent into the microscope, and the solution is applied to a high-speed liquid chromatography. This permits the detection of a minute amount of a component in a cell organization without the need for distillation and extraction of vapor of the organization. Expecially, this is suitable for collection and detection of an unkown material from an animal and a vegetable.
