PURPOSE: To suppress bending deformation of each lead terminal when it is punched after forming by providing an auxiliary eject pin for pushing up the lead terminal on the outside of a forming protrusion of a lower die.

CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary eject pin 18 is provided movably up and down on the outside of a forming protrusion 11a of a lower die 11. Each auxiliary eject pin 18 is fixed to a plate to which an eject pin 14 is fixed so that the auxiliary eject pin 18 projects, along with the eject pin 14, from the surface of the lower die 11. Upon finishing the forming of each lead terminal A2, an upper die 12 and a stopper member 13 ascend and each lead terminal A2 is pushed up by each auxiliary eject pin 18. Consequently, each lead terminal A2 can be punched positively without causing any bending deformation even if it is bonded tightly to the lower die 11 side.
