Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a casting equipment, in which the setting space is reduced and a maintenance efficiency to the casting machine is improved and the casting process can suitably be automated. CONSTITUTION:This equipment has two-story building structure, and plural casting devices Q1-Q7 are placed in the upper floor and a core assembling body 4 and conveyor lines K1a, K1b for conveying the cast product W below the casting devices Q1-Q7 are placed in the lower floor. Further, elevators E1-E7 for transporting the core assembling body 4 from the lower floor to the upper floor and elevators F1-F4 for transporting the cast product W from the upper floor to the lower floor are arranged.
