Title:
PROCESSING METHOD FOR COLOR PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5850536
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an image with superior fading resistance at a sufficient developed color density by processing a color photosensitive silver halide material contg. a specified compound with a color developing soln. contg. benzyl alcohol.

CONSTITUTION: A color photosensitive silver halide material contg. a compound represented by the formula (where X is H or acetyl; R is aryl; and each of R1W4 is H, alkyl or aryl) by 0.001W1mol per 1mol silver halide is exposed, developed with a color developing soln. contg. 2W8ml/l benzyl alcohol at 28W40°C, bleached and fixed. Thus, the concn. of the benzyl alcohol can be reduced considerably without reducing the developed color density of the sensitive material, and the load of prevention of environmental pollution can be relieved.
