PURPOSE: To provide a laying device for pipeline, which is capable of laying the pipeline and a pipeline cover on the objective matter of laying with good working efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing member 2, equipped with a supporting unit 7, supporting a pipeline P, at the tip end thereof and equipped with a mounting unit 8, attaching the supporting unit 7 to the objective matter W of laying of the pipeline P, at the base end thereof, is provided. A pipeline cover 1, capable of surrounding the pipeline P freely, is constituted so as to be dividable in the radial direction thereof and a notch 6, through which a fixing member 2 can be penetrated, is provided on one of an abutting part K between the divided members of the pipeline cover 1 while a cover fixing means C, attaching the pipeline cover 1, arranged in a condition that the fixing member 2 is penetrated through the notch 6, to the fixing member 2 detachably, is provided.
