Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a communication channel which has few identical channel interferences. SOLUTION: A receiving level Rs of a communication-requesting signal which is sent from a mobile station at the time of start of communication is measured and stored (201). After that, a receiving level Rk of a communication channel is sequentially measured (203), the level Rk is compared with a previously set threshold T1 (204). If Rk<=T1 (204), the difference between the level Rk and the level Rs of the communication-requesting signal is searched (205). If the level Rk is lower than the level Rs and has the difference in level higher than or equal to T2, i.e., Rs-Rk>T2, the communication channel is decided as being available, allocated and made to start communication.
