PURPOSE: To provide a sheet shaped hair curler which is easily curled in a cylindrical shape of desired size and prevented from getting out of shape during its usage, by providing many rolling shaped piles which engage with/stick to hook shaped piles in edge part in the radial direction of the back side face of a pile fabric.

CONSTITUTION: This sheet shaped hair curler is composed of a rectangular sheet shaped pile fabric 1 which is provided with many hook shaped piles 2 erected on the front side face of the fabric and of rolling shaped piles 3 which are provided on the edge part in radial direction of the back side face of the sheet shaped pile fabric 1 at a specified width. When it is set on hair, at first, it is wound roundly with the hook shaped pile 2 face being outside, and the rolling shaped piles 3 is engaged with/stuck to the hook shaped pile 2, thus the sheet shaped pile fabric is formed in cylindrical shape. The obtained cylindrical hair curler is wound round hair in the same manner as a general cylindrical hair curler and the hook shaped piles 2 are engaged with hair. As the hair curler set on hair is fixed tightly in its wound shape, there is no possibility that the cylindrical shape of the hair curler can get out of shape.
