PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a tile-integrated concrete panel in which mortar, etc., stuck to a surface of a tile can easily be removed at the time of releasing from a form.
CONSTITUTION: As shown in Fig. A, a surface of a form 11 is coated with a mixture 12 in which alkali swelled concrete non-curing agent is mixed with water soluble pressure sensitive adhesive or a bonding agent. As shown in Fig. B, before the watersoluble pressure sensitive adhesive or the bonding agent is cured, individual tiles 13 are so aligned and stuck to the coated surface in contact with tile surfaces. Then, as shown in Fig. C, fluidized mortar 15 is placed in the form, and concrete 16 is further placed. After vapor-curing, it is released from the form, and mortar, etc., stuck around the surface of the tile is removed by cleaning. Thus, curing of the mortar, etc., adhered to the surface of the tile can be prevented with the concrete non-curing agent, and easily cleaned to be removed by high pressure jet water, etc.
