Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a certain accommodation in a lay-out by a method wherein an upper layer is applied as a plenum chamber, a floor surface partitioning between an intermediate spacing and a lower surface spacing is provided with an aeration and the lower spacing is applied as a return plenum chamber. CONSTITUTION:At first, as a fan of filter device 42 positioned at ceiling surface of blocks B and C is driven, air within a supply plenum 12 is sucked into the device 42, passes through a high performance filter 48 and then the air is cleaned. This air is blown into blocks B and C to catch dusts and drops down to a floor surface 30. Since the floor surface 30 is provided with several aeration holes, the air flows into a return plenum chamber 34 together with the dusts. This air flows from a location below the floor into a block A through a suction force of a fan 50. Since an interior of the blocks B and C is kept at a positive pressure by a discharged air, no back flow of air from the under-floor part occurs. The air within the plenum chamber 34 is cooled while passing through a dry coil device 56 and then circulated.
