PURPOSE: To obtain the composition capable of standing the use for a long period without causing the smoking, bleeding, etc., in molding and processing, discoloring moldings or deteriorating the flame retardancy by blending a nonhalogen thermoplastic resin with a specific phosphoric acid ester compound.

CONSTITUTION: This resin composition is obtained by blending (A) a nonhalogen thermoplastic resin selected from a polyphenylene ether resin [preferably poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene)ether, etc.], a polycarbonate resin (preferably the resin made from bisphenol A as a raw material), a polystyrene resin (preferably polystyrene, etc.), a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin and a thermoplastic elastomer (preferably a styrene-butadiene block copolymer, etc.) with (B) a phosphoric acid ester compound expressed by the formula [Q1 to Q4 are each a 1-6C alkyl, R1 to R4 are each H or CH3; (n) is ≥1; (n1) and (n2) are 0-2; (m1) to (m4) are 1-3] (preferably bisphenol A-polycresyl phosphate, etc).
