PURPOSE: To increase the washing capacity of tableware by draining an expected volume of washing water without influence on the deviation or draining capacity, when the washing and draining processes in which water is discharged while driving the washing pump at the completion of washing process are performed, in order to efficiently drain oily dirt of the tableware dissolved in washing water in the washing process, in a dish-washe for washing the tableware by ejecting washing water to the tableware contained in the washing chamber.
CONSTITUTION: The washing water level in the washing chamber 1 containing tableware 2 is detected by a water level sensor 6 and the water is heated by a heater 7 while detecting the water temperature by a thermister 8. The sequential movement in the washing, rinsing and drying processes of the tableware 2 is controlled by a controller 13. In the washing and draining processes, the water is drained while the washing pump 4 is driven by the controller 13 until the water level sensor 6 detects a specified level at the time of the completion of washing process.
