Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use one coin check mechanism for various coins by providing a threaded hole to which an adjustment screw can be screwed, on a base plate when a selection lever is tilted so that an interval of coil reception ports is set to be able to pass various coins. CONSTITUTION:Five engagement holes are provided on a base plate 23, and when, e.g. a coin check mechanism is for a 500Yen coin, an adjustment screw 41 screwed to a threaded hole 39 of a selection lever 36 is screwed to the engagement hole 45. If a position of a positioning pin 37 is adjusted depending on the kind of the coin like this, a coin C depositted to coin deposit ports 16, 19 presses a cam face 30 with its upper side, then a diameter sensing lever 38 is turned by a prescribed amount and a retract arm 34 is retracted from a coin path and then the coin C is received. When a coin C with a smaller diameter from that of a regular coin is depositted, since the turning amount of the diameter sensing lever 28 is decreased, the turning amount of a coin passing allowance lever 29 is decreased, the retracting arm 34 is left in the coin path to block the progress of the coin.
