Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a coin processor to deal with continuous coin charging by making a coin sorting section corresponding to discriminated coin types execute the first sorting operation and by releasing the first sorting operation of the coin sorting section corresponding to the discriminated coin types from inhibit state as a sorting object coin passes each coin sorting section. CONSTITUTION:When a coin discriminating means SECO discriminates charged coins, the first sorting operation of all of coin sorting sections LVSF reaching the coin sorting section LVSF corresponding to this discriminated coin type is set into an inhibit state. Thereafter, in response to a coin type discriminated by the coin discriminating means SECO, the first sorting operation is executed on the coin sorting section LVSF corresponding to the discriminated coin type, and as the sorting object coins pass each coin sorting section LVSF, the first sorting operations of all of the coin sorting sections LVSF reaching the coin sorting section corresponding to the discriminated coin type are sequentially released. As a result, the coin processor can deal with continuous charging of coins by laying out a plurality of coin sorting sections LVSF along the coin sorting passage.
