PURPOSE: To provide the function of an electronic calculator through the use of an input part for transaction processing.

CONSTITUTION: When an electronic calculator control part 5 detects that a handset 7 which a visually impaired person uses for receiving voice guidance is taken, it connects an input part 6 for a specified purpose, which is accompanied by braille inscription for the visually impaired person with a transaction processing processor 1. When the vision of a customer is not impaired, he does not take the handset 7 and therefore the electronic calculator control part 5 detects it, and it connects a transaction information input part 2 to the transaction processing processor 1. The transaction information input part 2 consists of a CRT/touch key, and it visually executes guidance. The electronic calculator control part 5 turns on an electronic calculator switch 10 and connects the input part 6 for the specified purpose to the electronic calculator processor 3. Consequently, the customer can input transaction information by the transaction information input part 2 by using the input part 6 for the specified purpose as the electronic calculator.
