PURPOSE: To make it possible to quickly control the dependence of the whole of an industrial structure without mistakes by preparing the process master of intermediate products classified into a feeding and a production for every process and determining an operation degree under a specified condition based on this master.

CONSTITUTION: In the controlling method of an industrial structure composed of plural processes, a process master including the original unit table of the intermediate products classified into a feeding and a production for every process is prepared. Based on this process master, the operation degree in each process is determined under the condition that the total fed amount and total production amount summed up for every intermediate product are totally matched. Because the operation degree in each process which is determined in this way satisfies a condition that the feeding and production of all the intermediate products in the whole industrial structure are balanced, the degree satisfies proper and sound conditions in the industrial structure and becomes a powerful control index when the status of the whole industrial structure is accurately compared and evaluated.
