Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accelerate working and to reduce the cost of equipment by arranging on a fixed frame a movable frame provided with an embossing part composed of an upper and lower embossing roll. CONSTITUTION:Plural rails 2 is installed on the upper surface 1a of the fixed frame 1 in the lateral direction and the movable frame 3 provided with the upper and the lower embossing roll 9a, 9b is arranged on the fixed frame 1. A motor, etc., 10, first of all, are driven to move all of the embossing part 4 to a desired working position. Then, a truck 3 is fixed, a metallic sheet material A is inserted form an insertion part 14 and, then, both ends of the sheet material A are supported by guide rails 13 to execute embossing operation and to form an uneven pattern alpha. Since the working position for the uneven pattern can be changed and moved in a moment, pattern working is accelerated. Since a rolling mill is not necessary to be installed at every patterning position, a single rolling mill answers the purpose. As a result, the cost of equipment is reduced.
