Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow paper guides to be close to or far away from each other on the basis of a center thereof by a simple structure in a printer wherein a print paper is guided by a pair of guides that are close to or far away from each other on the basis of a center thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Each of end sections of a pair of guide arms 28 is rotatably connected to each of a pair of paper guides 25 that are supported being slidable to a direction of being close to or far away from each other by a guide slide mechanism 27. The other end sections of the guide arms 28 are integrally connected with each other to be slidably supported by an arm slide mechanism 29.
