PURPOSE:To shorten the term of construction, and thereby shorten the process of installation of machine elements as well as to furthermore enhance the reliability for a nuclear power station building. CONSTITUTION:The prefabricated unit formed in such a way that a steel plate 2 is arranged within a steel frame 1, for which all machine elements 3 and 4 to be arranged within a nuclear power station are installed, is manufactured in a plant in advance while being formed into a building module 20. The building module is then set up at a work site with the help of a large scale crane, and concrete is placed over the steel plate 2 arranged within the steel plate 1 while the plate is concurrently used as a form.
