PURPOSE: To provide an effective coin accumulating device which can favorably maintain the accumulated condition of coins, and can prevent the jamming of coins from generating.

CONSTITUTION: A coin accumulating device is equipped with a coin carrying passage 1 to carry coins, a pair of accumulating drums which synchronously rotate in the opposite directions, a spiral form supporting shelf which is formed around the accumulating drum, regulating plate 25 and accumulation guide plate 6 which guide the side parts of accumulated coins. On the top of the regulating plate, a wider width part 25b is formed, and at the same time, a tilted part 25c is formed directly under the wider width part 25b. At the tilted part, a rotatable rolling element 26 of which the outer periphery comes into contact with the side parts of accumulated coins C, and which guides upward and downward movements of the coins is provided.
