Title:
HEATING DEVICE FOR STIRLING ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0719008
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To utilize high temperature combustion gas of industrial waste so as to obtain output of a Stirling engine effectively by communicating the incinerator for industrial waste with the combustion chamber of the Stirling engine, communicating the combustion chamber with an outside through a smoke duct, and providing a fan for discharging gas in the combustion chamber toward the outside through the smoke duct.

CONSTITUTION: A heater tube 3 for heating operating gas is fixed in the combustion chamber 2 of a Stirling engine 1 connected to a power generator 7, a smoke duct 5 is fixed on the wall 4 of the combustion chamber 2 so as to be opened outward, and an invitation fan 6 is provided in the smoke duct 5. An incinerator 8 for industrial waste 11 is connected to the combustion chamber 2. The incinerator 8 is provided with a primary combustion chamber 10 and a secondary combustion chamber 13 for burning combustible carbonization gas by a pilot burner 12. High temperature combustion gas is utilized by burning of industrial waste 11 such as waste plastic, waste tire, and the like, rotational speed of a fan is changed according to a load, so that output of the Stirling engine 1 can be obtain effectively.
