Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a photo detector for a parts feeder using a photo detector array which allows the admitting of light from a part as much as possible into a photo detector mounted on the photo detector array.
CONSTITUTION: Light by the lighting 3 of a part I is focused with a lens 5. A hologram lens array 15 with a hologram lens mounted thereon is provided in proximity to a photoelectric element array 9 to admit the light into a plurality of second photoelectric elements 8 mounted on the photoelectric element array 9.
