Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a cooking device with improved reliability of operation and of reduced cost through simplified constitution by providing a control means to control operation of magnetron based on temperature fluctuation detected by a temperature detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a detected temperature signal Vt outputted from thermistor 6 includes fluctuation component (ac component), the detected temperature signal Vt passes through a low frequency component block circuit 10 and is amplified by an operational amplifier 14, from which a comparatively large amplitude of fluctuation signal Vs is outputted. This fluctuation signal Vs is compared with reference voltage Vref in a comparator 17 of comparison circuit 16, and when exceeding this reference voltage Vref, a high level signal Vh is outputted from the comparator 17 to a control circuit 20. This control circuit 20 judges whether pulse width of high level signal Vh is exceeding a fixed time width Tw or not, and when not exceeding Tw, the signal Vh is ignored as an electric noise, range heating is continued. When pulse width is Tw or more, operation of a magnetron 5 is stopped and range heating is completed.
