Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method by which gas can be filled in vessels with various kinds of weight accurately by a simple operation.
CONSTITUTION: A measuring vessel S whose weight and volume are known is connected to the same gas source 7 as that of vessels A, B, C to be filled so that gas filling can be started simultaneously. When the weight of the measuring vessel S is measured by a balance 8 and gas with a desired weight is filled in the vessel, gas filling to the vessels A, B, C to be filled is finished.
