Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain woven fabric of cut pile having light and soft surface touch, proper tension and liveliness free from see-through fabric texture caused by pile crack in spite of short napped fiber length. CONSTITUTION:In woven fabric of cut pile composed of pile parts comprising yarn having <0.5 denier fineness of single yarn and <5mm pile length, the fabric texture of the woven fabric consists of hard twist yarn of multifilament yarn having >=1.0 denier fineness of single yarn and napped part of the cut pile shows a randomly arranged state.
